I thought this was great service - far better than I had expected when I first encountered the problem. They weren't able to resolve this fully at the time but made the files available to me via a separate download area. After a few message exchanges with a Routledge employee via the book's facebook page it turns out that there is an issue downloading the files in the UK (or not in the US, I can't tell which). They are not at the place advertised on the cover and I once I found the new location I couldn't download them. Initially, I had difficulties as I couldn't get the course files that accompany it and the book assumes that you have access to them to the extent that it's not fit for purpose if you don't. This book answers a lot of the 'why' questions that I had and does so in a good-humoured, knowledgeable way. I haven't finished it yet but it has clarified a lot of muddy issues I had after watching several professionally produced tutorial videos.
